Key Accountabilities 主要職責 General Oversight of all Dorm Activities 支持并參與管理學生宿舍活動 · Interacting with students and providing supervision on all activities and routines 參與并管理宿舍區(qū)域所有的項目和活動，并與寄宿生形成良好互動 · Expected to be creative with activities to provide opportunities for student engagement 貢獻創(chuàng)意和想法，引導寄宿生積極參與到豐富多彩的寄宿項目中來 · Assist students with time management 幫助學生建立時間管理的能力 · Assist students with the development of life skills 幫助學生建立生活自理及相互合作的能力 · Student Mediation 學生紀律管理 Daily Reporting 日常匯報工作 · Responsible for student head count by supervising activities and room checks throughout the evening 通過每晚宿舍查房和宿舍活動的管理精確統(tǒng)計學生人數(shù) · Responsible for accurately reporting incidents, behaviour, academic and social updates 準確記錄并匯報所有意外事故、不良行為表現(xiàn)，以及其他寄宿相關(guān)的事件 Qualifications 任職資格 · Bachelor degree is preferred 本科學歷優(yōu)先考慮 · Conversational English 適應英語工作環(huán)境，并可以用英語進行基本溝通 · Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels. 能夠與學生及同事建立并維持積極良好的合作
