1.在學科負責人的帶領下，能認真研讀教材，研究學生，上好每 一堂數學課。能積極主動地參加各個層面的教研活動中。 Deliver every lesson with an understanding of the new textbooks and students, under the leadership of the Head of Science. Be able to actively participate in teaching and research activities at all levels. 2.作為數學組團隊的一員，能主動參與學科活動中，能與本教研 組的成員一起合作，支持和配合物理組學科負責人在設計、貫 徹、監管、考核、評估課程等內容上的落實。 As a member of the Secondary Physics team, you can actively participate in the subject activities of various themes, and can work with the teaching members and research group to support and cooperate with the subject leaders of the language group in the design implementation, supervision, assessment and evaluation of courses. 3.按照要求，定期對學生的數學學習狀況進行追蹤和評估，包括 形成性評估和總結性評估。 Evaluate and track students' learning regularly, including formative and summative assessments,as required. 4.與教研組的其他物理老師定期進行溝通，持續關注學生在學 習上的變化，以便更好地幫助學生。 Communicate regularly with other teachers in the same group and continuously monitor the changes in students' language learning in order to better help students. 5.在學科負責人的帶領下，積極參與與其它學科的互動活動，并 為學校的大型活動做出貢獻。 Under the leadership of the Head of Science, actively participate in interactive activities with other subjects and contribute to large-scale activities of the school. 6.與學科負責人就學生的進步或其他問題進行溝通，與外教保持 良好的合作關系，確保學生了解、理解并遵守學校規章制度。 Communicate with the Head of Science on students' progress or other issues, maintain good cooperation with international teachers, and ensure that students know, understand and abide by school rules and regulations. 7.與家長建立良好的家校關系，從而促進學生成長；向家長介紹 學科課程和相關信息；通過各種方式與家長溝通孩子的在校表 現。 Establish a good parent-school relationship with parents to promote student growth; Introducing subject courses and related information to parents; Communicate with parents about their child's performance in school in a variety of ways. 8.在需要時在進行代課任務；按時且又質量地完成學校的各項工 作，包括各類監管職責；保護學生、家長和同事的隱私；在校 內外保持高標準的行為準則，使用符合學校的愿景、使命和價 值觀。 Cover lessons for other teachers when needed; Complete all aspects of the school's work on time and with quality, including various regulatory duties; protecting the privacy of students, parents and colleagues; Maintain high standards of conduct both inside and outside the school, using practices that are consistent with the school's vision, mission, and values.
