Coach students on well use of the library Ensure the approach of borrowing books is strictly followed Train and manage students to return books to correct shelves Familiar with student demand and inform school librarian of gaps in library resources Support to organize excellent author displays each half term Promote excellent author sets to Lower School classes and monitor their use Support appropriate academic staff in making library orders Support to teach staff how to use the library system Help to arrange story time sessions as appropriate in the library - Provide library induction lessons for all new students Register books being taken out or returned using library system Register all new students and staff onto the system Supervise children in the library and enforce library rules Chasing up overdue/missing books according to library policy Remind staff when books need to be returned and to follow up by speaking to staff Organize cataloguing, stamping and covering of books as required 指導學生如何善用圖書館 確保嚴格遵循借書方法 培訓和管理學生將書放回正確的書架 熟悉學生需求，告知學校圖書管理員圖書館資源的缺口 支持每半學期組織優秀作者展示 向低年級班級推廣優秀的作者集，并監督其使用情況 協助適當的教職員下圖書館訂單 協助教授員工如何使用圖書館系統 在圖書館安排適當的故事時間-提供圖書館入門課程 使用圖書館系統登記借出或歸還的圖書 在系統上注冊所有新學生和員工 在圖書館監督孩子，執行圖書館規定 根據圖書館規定，追回過期遺失的圖書 在需要還書時提醒員工，并及時與員工溝通 按要求組織圖書的編目、蓋章和封面工作 指導學生如何善用圖書館 Personal Specifications: Bachelor Degree, English Teaching Certificate Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience 學士學位, 英語教學證書 2年以上相關工作經驗
