工作職責(zé)： 中文版崗位職責(zé)： 1.負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)應(yīng)學(xué)科的課程講授，合作教學(xué); 2.在授課期間因時(shí)制宜分階段組織測(cè)驗(yàn)活動(dòng)，并進(jìn)行批改工作，以檢驗(yàn)學(xué)生接受輔導(dǎo)的成效 3.參與學(xué)科組教學(xué)教研交流，集中備課，為教學(xué)研究提供新思路、新方法; 4.針對(duì)學(xué)生情況因材施教，對(duì)其進(jìn)行個(gè)性化的課程進(jìn)授，并發(fā)掘、組織多種教學(xué)方式，靈活教學(xué): 5.在招生季節(jié)，協(xié)助相應(yīng)的項(xiàng)目宣傳或招生工作; 6.完成學(xué)校安排的其他工作。 7.福利待遇：高于行業(yè)水平的薪酬，五險(xiǎn)一金及補(bǔ)充商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)，心理EAP項(xiàng)目，生活津貼，年終獎(jiǎng)&校齡獎(jiǎng)，假期全薪，多類別培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目，子女教育學(xué)費(fèi)優(yōu)惠，年度體檢，節(jié)假日禮物。 英文版崗位職責(zé)： 1、Carry out teaching tasks as required by the school and be responsible for writing course plans, outlines, and lesson plans for the subjects taught; 2、Actively participate in teaching research and collaborate in lesson preparation, promptly update the curriculum system, and continuously improve the quality of teaching; 3、Maintain good communication with the homeroom teacher, other subject teachers, and parents, and do a good job in student management; 4、Based on the actual situation of the students, design interactive courses and teaching activities, and cultivate critical thinking and innovative spirit; 5、According to the teaching requirements, promptly correct and evaluate student assignments, provide appropriate feedback and counseling, and provide full-range, comprehensive learning support for students; 6、Organize and participate in various activities both inside and outside the classroom; 7、Attend parent-teacher meetings, internal meetings, group meetings, school training, etc. as required; 8、Perform any other duties as required by the principal if needed. 任職要求： 中文版任職要求： 1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，對(duì)應(yīng)學(xué)科相關(guān)專業(yè)；碩士以上學(xué)歷或海外教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)等優(yōu)先； 2. 具有教師資格證；具有IB培訓(xùn)證書(shū)者優(yōu)先； 3. 具有2年以上對(duì)應(yīng)學(xué)科教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 4. 熟悉國(guó)際課程體系，熟悉MYP、DSE、A-level 等國(guó)際課程優(yōu)先； 5. 有同等國(guó)際學(xué)校工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。 英文版任職要求： 1、Bachelor's degree or above. Master's degree or above or graduation from well-known universities is preferred; 2、Having at least 2 years of teaching experience in international schools, experience in teaching IBHKDSE is preferred; 3、Hold a teacher qualification certificate IB Training Certificate; 4、High levels of organizational administrative and inter-personal communication skills are essential.
