職位描述 (Job Description) 我們正在尋找一位專業(yè)的經(jīng)濟學(xué)教師，能夠教授AP和A-Level經(jīng)濟學(xué)課程，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生理解經(jīng)濟原理、市場機制及全球經(jīng)濟體系. We are looking for a dedicated Economics teacher to teach AP and A-Level Economics, helping students grasp economic principles, market mechanisms, and the global economic system. 主要職責(zé) (Key Responsibilities) 1.依據(jù)AP和A-Level經(jīng)濟學(xué)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，制定教學(xué)計劃并授課; 2.講授微觀經(jīng)濟學(xué)、宏觀經(jīng)濟學(xué)、市場結(jié)構(gòu)、國際經(jīng)濟等核心內(nèi)容; 3.結(jié)合案例分析，幫助學(xué)生理解經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論在現(xiàn)實世界的應(yīng)用; 4.指導(dǎo)學(xué)生進行數(shù)據(jù)分析、政策評估和經(jīng)濟研究項目; 5.備考指導(dǎo)，提供AP和A-Level經(jīng)濟學(xué)考試培訓(xùn); 6.評估學(xué)生的學(xué)術(shù)進展并提供反饋，幫助學(xué)生提升成績; 7.參與學(xué)校學(xué)術(shù)活動，支持教學(xué)研究和發(fā)展. 1.Develop lesson plans and deliver courses in line with AP and A-Level Economics standards; 2.Teach core topics such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, market structures, and international economics; 3.Use case studies to help students understand the real-world applications of economic theories; 4.Guide students in data analysis, policy evaluation, and economic research projects; 5.Provide exam preparation and training for AP and A-Level Economics exams; 6.Assess students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback; 7.Participate in school academic events, supporting teaching research and development. 任職要求 (Requirements) 1.經(jīng)濟學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，碩士及博士優(yōu)先; 2.熟悉AP和A-Level經(jīng)濟學(xué)課程要求，有相關(guān)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗; 3.具備扎實的經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ)和實際應(yīng)用能力; 4.英語授課流利，具有國際教育背景或海外學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先; 5.責(zé)任心強，具備良好的溝通能力和課堂管理能力; 6.有輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生競賽或研究項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先. 1.Bachelor's degree or above in Economics or a related field, Master's or PhD preferred; 2.Familiarity with AP and A-Level Economics curriculum, with relevant teaching experience; 3.Solid theoretical foundation and practical application ability in economics; 4.Proficiency in English for teaching, with an international education background or overseas study experience preferred; 5.Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, and classroom management skills; 6.Experience in coaching students for competitions or research projects is a plus.
