Responsibilities: 職責 1)-Plan and teach Chinese and Literature lessons for high school leaners. 高中中文與文學課程的備課與教學 2)Differentiate instruction to meet student’s individual learning needs and styles; 因材施教，有地理歷史等跨學科知識背景優先 3)Employ a constructivist, inquiry-based pedagogical approach to teaching and learning that promotes inquiry and the development of critical-thinking skills; 采用建構主義、探究式教學法激發學生探究，培養批判性思維 4)Provide learning experiences that build on what students know and can do; 教學要以學生已有的知識和能力為基礎 5)Support the development of international-mindedness and all attributes of learner profile within the curriculum; 教學中幫助學生培養國際意識和人文素養 6)Use technology as a vehicle for learning and integrate ICT skills teaching within instruction where appropriate; 運用現代技術教學，將ICT技術用于教學中 7)Employ a range of teaching and learning strategies to promote independent thinking, inquiry and acquisition of subject specific knowledge and skills;采用各種教學策略提高學生獨立思考和探究式學習技能 8)Foster a stimulating learning environment based on understanding and respect. 相互理解和尊重，營造良好的學習環境 。 Qualification Requirements: 任職資格 1)Bachelor or higher degree with teacher certification，over two years’ related work experience 本科以上學歷，具有教師資格證，兩年以上相關工作經驗； 2)Responsible, committed, ethical. 負責、盡心，有良好的職業道德； 3)Proactive、Willing to learn、Hard-working.積極主動、 善于學習、吃苦耐勞
