崗位職責(zé) Key responsibilities: 1. 執(zhí)行學(xué)校分配的教學(xué)任務(wù)，負(fù)責(zé)初中各年級(jí)英語(yǔ)的授課工作，熟悉DSE課程體系； Conduct subject teaching tasks assigned by the school, responsible for teaching English for all grades for middle school and preferably familiar with DSE curriculum system; 2. 遵照集團(tuán)和學(xué)校的教育發(fā)展規(guī)劃，積極參與優(yōu)化教學(xué)方案、課程研發(fā)、教研活動(dòng)等工作； Participate in optimizing teaching plans, developing curriculum, studying and etc, according to the educational development plan of the Group and the school; 3. 積極與學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)溝通，切實(shí)關(guān)懷、輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生提高學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)，鞏固教學(xué)成果、營(yíng)造良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍； Communicate with students and parents actively, help students to improve their academic performance, and create a good learning atmosphere; 4. 配合校區(qū)開(kāi)展教學(xué)行政事務(wù)、學(xué)生紀(jì)律、事故防范等管理工作。 Cooperate with the school to carry out teaching administration, student discipline supervision, accident prevention and other management assignment. 任職資格Qualifications: 1.本科或以上學(xué)歷，語(yǔ)言類相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先，有三至五年國(guó)際學(xué)校任教經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮; Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably from a language-related major. Candidates with 3-5 years of teaching experience in international schools will be given priority consideration. 2. 歡迎優(yōu)秀本科或以上學(xué)歷應(yīng)屆生投遞； Outstanding graduates with a Bachelor's degree or above are welcomed. 3. 持有相應(yīng)學(xué)科教師資格證及二級(jí)乙等或以上等級(jí)普通話證書； Holding a teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding subject, and a level of 2B or above Mandarin certificate; 4. 國(guó)、粵語(yǔ)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，英語(yǔ)流利表達(dá)，溝通意識(shí)、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)，具有高度責(zé)任心及親和力; You should be able to speak standard Mandarin, fluent Cantonese and English, with strong communication awareness to express yourself clearly and a sense of responsibility and affinity; 5. 具有良好的職業(yè)道德和進(jìn)取精神，熱愛(ài)教育行業(yè)，擅于與學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)溝通，能勝任班主任工作尤佳。 Possess professional ethics and enterprising spirit, passionate with the education industry, and be good at communicating with students and parents. Candidates who are capable of serving as a classroom teacher is highly preferred.
