Key Responsibilities: Program Planning and Design: Collaborate with the team to plan and design engaging and educational summer and winter programs. Develop program schedules, activities, and materials that align with the educational goals and objectives. Program Execution: Implement and oversee the day-to-day operations of the summer and winter programs. Ensure that all activities run smoothly and according to plan. Business Proposal Creation: Develop comprehensive business proposals for the summer programs, including budget plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Present proposals to stakeholders and secure necessary approvals and funding. Canvas Design: Utilize Canvas to create visually appealing and informative designs for program materials and promotional content. Ensure that all digital content is consistent with the company’s branding and quality standards. Parent Communication and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide regular updates to parents regarding program details, schedules, and participant progress. Group Leadership: Act as the group leader during the summer and winter programs, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. Foster a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging teamwork and cultural exchange among participants. Requirements: English Proficiency: Must have a strong command of the English language, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills. Business English Writing: Ability to write clear and professional business documents, including proposals, reports, and correspondence. Canvas Experience: Proficient in using Canvas for designing program materials and creating digital content. Travel Availability: Willingness and ability to travel abroad for the duration of the summer and winter programs. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in international education, summer/winter camps, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
