Overview of Responsibilities 工作內(nèi)容： 全面了解IB課程體系、學(xué)生活動(dòng)，并與教學(xué)管理人員保持溝通； Overall knowledge of IB system, school activity, as well as the contact with the teaching staff 根據(jù)目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)和目標(biāo)人群，制定市場(chǎng)宣傳推廣策略，協(xié)調(diào)和實(shí)施市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)，如與培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)、合作學(xué)校協(xié)調(diào)落實(shí)市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)，與之維護(hù)良好關(guān)系等； Propose marketing strategy and conduct the maketing acticitises based on the target group and target market, such as the coordinating work with the training organization and other related school. 研究分析IB學(xué)校的市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀、市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)、行業(yè)變化以及競(jìng)爭對(duì)手分析，收集市場(chǎng)各方反饋意見并提出調(diào)整方案 Study the market dynamic, and analyze the competitors by collecting the feedback to put forward the adjusting proposal accordingly 負(fù)責(zé)制定咨詢量創(chuàng)造的計(jì)劃及方案，為學(xué)校提供持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的高質(zhì)量咨詢量； Responsible for drafting the plan or proposal by the inquiries 根據(jù)需要，代表學(xué)校參加各種外聯(lián)活動(dòng)（包括晚上和周末）； On behalf of school to attend the activities if needed 協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)制定并落實(shí)市場(chǎng)招生計(jì)劃；完成招生工作 Assitst the diect report to propose and finalize the admission task ，such as visting the campus, enrollment . 根據(jù)以上工作內(nèi)容制定每月工作計(jì)劃，并于月底前向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報(bào)工作進(jìn)度； Work out the monthly work plan and report the schedule to the leader at the end of the month. 辦理上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他各項(xiàng)事宜。 Other task assigned by the leader. Skills/Experience Required:職位要求： Bachelor’s Degree 大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷 Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) 中英文流利 Minimum 2 year’s working experience (office administration) in an international school/company environment 至少兩年國際學(xué)校或外企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) Strong computer skills – including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint 熟練使用office 軟件 Ability to build relationships with other team member 較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)及溝通能力
