1.碩士學歷；（英語專業、教育專業、有相關工作經驗或海外留學經歷者優先考慮） Master’s degree or above; (English or Education majors, relevant work experience or overseas study experience is preferred) 2.英語專八/ 雅思7.5+/ 托福105+； 口語標準、地道；較強的讀寫能力； TEM-8 / IELTS: 7.5+ / TOEFL : 105+ ; Standard oral English, strong literacy; 3.熱愛英語教育事業； Loves students and having an English educational career; 4.樂于接受全新的教育理念和教學模式； Willing to accept new ideas of education and modes of teaching; 5.有較強的課堂管理和活動組織能力 Strong ability of classroom management and activity organization; 6.能夠全英文授課，并保證教學質量； Can teach in English and ensure the quality of instruction. 7.能夠熟練操作辦公軟件，獨立制作教學課件； Proficiency in office software, and capable of independently designing courseware. 8.能夠通過 Managebac，日常溝通等方式對學生的學習效果進行跟蹤，為家長提供優秀的教學售后服務； Track students’ learning progress through Managebac, daily communication, and so on.
