Job responsibilities： ?Responsible for teaching A Level Maths and Further Maths. ?Ensure students achieve learning outcomes that are above average in the subject of mathematics by instructing students in a clear, concise and stimulated way ?Regularly preparing lesson plans that are engaging and actively incorporate the Fusion approach in the curriculum ?Teach and prepare students for STEP, UKMT Mathematical Challenge and British Mathematical Olympiad ?Manage students’ behavior in the Maths classroom ?Maintain a tidy, clean and stimulating learning environment of the Math classroom ?Conduct individualised teaching to help students improve their performance. ?Mark students’ work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of students’ progress and development. ?Regularly communicate with parents and legal guardians regarding students’ progress, performance ?Keep students’ records up to date for progress reports . ?Participate in demo classes and marketing activities to promote student recruitment. ?Attend staff development days to improve your skills and receive help and feedback from colleagues ?Review curriculum needs and execute plans for improvement, and provide tutoring and additional support ?Act as a role model by making students feel motivated while maintaining an approachable personality ?Attend school events to better understand student interest and personalities outside of the regular classroom, build strong relationships with your students and aid in the strengthening of their self-confidence while inspiring them to achieve high goals ?Perform other duties and tasks as assigned Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge ?Minimum Bachelor’s degree in STEAM related subject . ?At least one year of teaching experience for Olympiad maths is desirable. ?Previous experience in attending and/or preparing students to attend Math Olympiad competitions will be an advantage. ?Experience with teaching STEP, UKMT Mathematical Challenge and British Mathematical Olympiad is preferred ?Able to work under pressure. Good presentation and teaching skills. ?Excellent communication skills and Strong interpersonal competencies. ?An ability to communicate effectively with students and other colleagues of all age groups and social backgrounds. ?Passionate for teaching and with a high degree of dedication and professionalism, positive attitude and strong team spirit. 崗位職責(zé)： ?負(fù)責(zé)教授A Level 數(shù)學(xué)和高等數(shù)學(xué)課程； ?通過以清晰、簡(jiǎn)介、引導(dǎo)的方式指導(dǎo)學(xué)生，讓學(xué)生取得高于數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科平均水平的學(xué)習(xí)成果； ?定期準(zhǔn)備課程計(jì)劃，將融合課程的教學(xué)方法納入課程； ?為STEP、 UKMT英國(guó)數(shù)學(xué)競(jìng)賽和英國(guó)數(shù)學(xué)奧林匹克競(jìng)賽的學(xué)生進(jìn)行教學(xué)和準(zhǔn)備； ?做好課堂管理。統(tǒng)籌教學(xué)工作，評(píng)估教學(xué)質(zhì)量； ?針對(duì)學(xué)生情況，對(duì)其進(jìn)行個(gè)性化的課程講授，為學(xué)生查缺補(bǔ)漏，幫助其盡快提高成繢； ?掌握學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況，記錄學(xué)生的提高和進(jìn)步，做好學(xué)生關(guān)懷和鼓勵(lì)； ?定期與家長(zhǎng)就學(xué)生的進(jìn)步和表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行溝通； ?審查課程需求，執(zhí)行改進(jìn)計(jì)劃，并為學(xué)生提供輔導(dǎo)和額外支持； ?做學(xué)生的榜樣，讓學(xué)生感到有動(dòng)力； ?參加學(xué)校活動(dòng)，以便更好地了解學(xué)生的興趣和個(gè)性，與學(xué)生建立牢固的關(guān)系，幫助他們?cè)鰪?qiáng)自信心，激勵(lì)學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)更高的目標(biāo)； ?參與配合招生講座及市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng)，積極參加學(xué)校和部門組織的各種培訓(xùn)、教研、講座、會(huì)議等活動(dòng)； ?完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分配的其他任務(wù)。 任職要求： ?本科及以上學(xué)歷，STEAM相關(guān)專業(yè)； ?有一年以上奧數(shù)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先； ?有指導(dǎo)STEP考試、 UKMT英國(guó)數(shù)學(xué)競(jìng)賽和英國(guó)數(shù)學(xué)奧林匹克競(jìng)賽經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先； ?優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和人際交往能力； ?能夠承擔(dān)工作壓力，適應(yīng)有強(qiáng)度的工作； ?具有很強(qiáng)的課堂表現(xiàn)力和控制力； ?能夠與學(xué)生和所有年齡階段及社會(huì)背景的同事進(jìn)行有效溝通； ?熱愛教育事業(yè)，具有高度的敬業(yè)和專業(yè)精神，充滿激情與活力，積極的工作態(tài)度和較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
